NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services, has announced the strategic appointment of David McKeering as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). 

This move comes as part of NTT DATA’s initiative to bolster growth in the region following the merger finalization with NTT Ltd., forming a formidable US $30+ billion global entity operating under the NTT DATA brand.

Bringing over two decades of experience in leading large-scale consulting projects, David McKeering joins NTT DATA with a distinguished career history. 

Previously serving as the Australia Consulting Leader and ASEANZ Consulting CEO at PwC Australia, McKeering has been instrumental in driving successful initiatives across diverse sectors. His leadership has consistently delivered exceptional results, navigating complex landscapes and achieving sustainable growth.

In his new capacity, McKeering will oversee NTT DATA’s operations in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on accelerating regional expansion. His strategic insight and business acumen will guide clients through transformative technological advancements, enabling them to modernize operations and seize growth opportunities.

NTT DATA’s decision to appoint McKeering underscores its commitment to strengthening its footprint in the ANZ market. The company recently showcased its capabilities through a strategic partnership with NSW Health, where it played a pivotal role in upgrading ICT infrastructure across hospitals and health services under the Health Grade Enterprise Network (HGEN) initiative.
