A global Clinical Research Organisation (CRO), with offices in the US, Europe, and Australia, Bionical Emas has appointed Andreia de Melo Cabral as its first Chief People Officer (CPO). 

Andreia's primary goal will be to help shape and implement an integrated company culture across the business to support its long-term sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Andreia brings in a wide range of international experience, having held senior HR management positions in publicly listed and private equity-owned companies, operating in the EU, Africa, Middle East, and the US. Most recently, she was working with TFS Health Science, a global CRO, where she was the EVP HR, Talent Acquisition and Marketing & Communications.

With 200 people currently, Bionical Emas continues to expand and strengthen its leadership team. Andreia’s appointment is the first of a number of senior appointments, as the company looks forward to strengthening the depth and experience of its senior team to support its ambitious international growth plans.
