A lot has changed in the last two months in the world of work, the focus has shifted from individual projects to the ultimate objective of business sustainability and employee security - physical, financial and mental. The question is - why didn't we just focus on these two aspects before we were forced to? Why were humans across the globe intent on dividing, prioritizing and favoring beliefs and opinions, rather than people. The current turmoil comes as a wake up call.

The bias against minorities often stems from years of a fixed social construct, mind set and accepted societal norms, leading to specific segments of the population exposed to discrimination throughout their life. It's high time we educate each other and trigger a revolution to achieve equity for one and all. It's time to treat diversity and inclusion not as an agenda, but as a value.
