Dean Jennings brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing and consumer goods to his new role, having worked in various capacities both domestically and internationally.

Everhard Industries, a leading manufacturer of drainage, wastewater, and environmental products, has announced the appointment of Dean Jennings as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The announcement was made on Thursday morning, marking a significant leadership transition as the company gears up to celebrate its centenary.

Dean Jennings brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing and consumer goods to his new role, having worked in various capacities both domestically and internationally. His extensive background spans the grocery, apparel, and hard goods sectors, where he has honed his skills in driving innovation and operational excellence.

In a statement regarding Jennings’ appointment, Everhard Chairperson Gina Boyce-Rowe expressed confidence in his ability to lead the company into its next chapter. “Dean’s expertise in manufacturing across diverse industries makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead Everhard Industries,” she said. “As we approach our centenary, the Board and I look forward to working closely with Dean as he drives, innovates, and improves our products and services.”

Prior to joining Everhard, Jennings served as the Managing Director for Australia, New Zealand, China, and APAC Markets at Dorel Juvenile Australia, a company renowned for producing child restraint systems. His experience in managing operations across multiple regions will be instrumental as Everhard seeks to expand its market presence and enhance its product offerings.

Founded in 1926 and located in Geebung, north Brisbane, Everhard Industries has built a reputation as one of Queensland's most respected manufacturing companies. The family-owned business has pioneered advancements in the manufacturing sector, establishing itself as a leader in drainage and environmental solutions in Australia.

In his first comments as CEO, Jennings conveyed his enthusiasm for the challenges ahead and the opportunity to steer Everhard Industries towards a future of growth and innovation. “Everhard Industries is one of the most respected businesses in Queensland and is a pioneer of manufacturing in Australia,” he stated. “I’m excited about the challenge and the opportunity to lead Everhard Industries and help implement the Board’s strategic vision.”

As Everhard Industries prepares to enter its 100th year, Jennings’ appointment comes at a crucial time for the company. The board is keen to leverage his leadership skills to enhance product development, streamline operations, and respond to the evolving needs of its customers. The company’s commitment to quality and innovation will be vital as it navigates the competitive landscape of the manufacturing sector.

With a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility, Everhard is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for eco-friendly products in the drainage and wastewater industries. Jennings’ leadership is expected to further this commitment, driving initiatives that align with industry trends and consumer expectations.

As Everhard Industries embarks on this new chapter, stakeholders will be watching closely to see how Jennings’ vision and expertise shape the company's trajectory in the years to come. His strategic approach is likely to enhance the company's standing as a leader in manufacturing, ensuring that Everhard continues to set the standard for quality and innovation in the industry.
