HR transformation and innovation expert Vikrant Khanna has joined Darwinbox this week as Senior Director - Innovation and Insights, for the recently crowned unicorn. As part of the Darwinbox leadership, he will drive several key initiatives and further the vision of enhancing the contribution that Darwinbox's platform makes to the workforce ecosystem at large.

Coming from a deep professional background of HR transformation, innovation, change management, and capability development across multiple geographies, Vikrant's move to Darwinbox is his first in the HR technology sphere after his most recent stint at Deloitte, where he was Director, HR Transformation. Before Deloitte, he was with Alight Solutions for several years, leading Advisory and Value Engineering. He's also been Insights and Innovation Lead (APAC, Middle East & Africa) at Aon.

With his latest role at Darwinbox, Vikrant is keen to take on the fresh challenge of innovating and creating value across empathy, agility and efficiency; something that the Darwinbox founders have previously indicated is a priority as the company targets market leadership.
