Marcel Parker

Marcel Parker is the Managing Partner and Chief Mentor at Quess Corp Limited [formerly IKYA Human Capital Solutions]. He has been with Quess Corp Limited since its inception as IKYA, when he Chaired the Board till 2013. Passionate about working to develop young leaders, he has nurtured the team and helped build Quess. He has been fortunate to Head the HR function at organizations like Modi Xerox, The Royal Dutch/Shell Group in India, SAP and the Raymond Group. As a Leadership Coach he enjoys working with executives across hierarchies and has done pioneering work in the area of women’s leadership coaching. An Economist from St. Stephens and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, he has served as Regional President of the NHRD and is on the SHRM Board for SE Asia.
