The values of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B) can all be expressed through an employer's support for remote and flexible work.
With Pride Month celebrating and calling for greater support for the LGBTQIA+ community, it's also a great time to "highlight equality in the workplace and the flexible companies that support this community," writes Adrianne Bibby of FlexJobs.
This is clearly seen in employers' advocacy of an inclusive and supportive work environment and "fantastic jobs with excellent work flexibility," Adrianne says.
