Anna Volkova brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership, having held senior roles at The Iconic, Kudosity, Westpac Group, and Brighte. Her career is marked by transformational achievements, including cultivating high-impact workplace cultures, developing leadership frameworks, and building high-performing teams.
Recognised for her strategic vision, Anna specialises in scaling businesses, embedding organisational culture, and enhancing leadership capabilities to support growth. Her passion lies in creating inclusive workplaces where employees thrive, focusing on engagement, retention, and overall organisational effectiveness.
