P&G appoints Neal Reed as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand

Global manufacturer Procter & Gamble has appointed Neal Reed as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for its Australia and New Zealand operations.
In his new role, Neal takes over responsibilities from Kumar Venkatasubramanian, who has moved to take on the leading role for P&G India. Kumar spearheaded the ANZ business, championing Equality and Inclusion, and expanding impactful citizenship programmes for employees and communities.
Neal joined the company 28 years ago and has garnered a wealth of leadership experience by holding several positions across China, Japan, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the UK. His core competencies include strategy, sales and marketing, leadership, P&L management, product innovation, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Welcoming Neal to lead the company’s ANZ operations, Stanislav Vecera, P&G president, APAC and MEA, said, "I want to thank Kumar for his strong leadership of the ANZ organisation.
