KPMG Australia hires Wesley Tobin from Westpac Group as Director of Capability, Leadership and Talent.

Wesley will oversee capabilities, leadership, and talent strategy and transformation, delivering enhanced performance throughout KPMG Australia, as a member of the People and Inclusion senior leadership team.

Wesley Tobin worked for Westpac Group in different roles for over 12 years most recently as the head of culture and transformation, where he was responsible for leading and implementing their culture transformation reset program.  Prior to this role, he was the head of L&D Strategy & Transformation.

Wesley also worked for the global recruitment process outsourcing company Hudson RPO for over nine years.
