SYSPRO USA names Scott Hebert as Chief Executive Officer

SYSPRO has promoted former Chief Sales Officer, Scott Hebert to Chief Executive Officer for the US. With new leadership, SYSPRO USA aims to empower customer experience, scale up business and ramp up US market share.

SYSPRO USA, a global provider of industry built ERP software, this week announced the promotion of former Chief Sales Officer, Scott Hebert as Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Hebert will be responsible for expanding business globally, growth of regional channel footprint, and boosting customer experience.

Hebert comes with 25 years of experience in sales, business development and customer services, including 1 year at SYSPRO USA as Chief Sales Officer. He will be leading SYSPRO USA's business and investment market share growth across the region. He will lend a hand towards the company's global expansion and develop customer experience, as SYSPRO charts its growth by entering new territories, product innovation and business transformation. Hebert is thrilled to head the team at SYSPRO USA as CEO and a trusted advisor. He is adamant about prioritising partner success with next generation advanced technologies.

SYSPRO Chief Executive Officer, Phil Duff, welcomed as well as congratulated Hebert on his new role and mentioned Hebert as the best fit for the position of CEO as he has been selected after an extensive internal and external recruitment process. Duff further pointed out Hebert's customer-partner centered approach, his market experience and knowledge, and polished management skills which will be a boon for the company's growth towards digital transformation. Hebert is well versed with the evolving market trends with regard to manufacturers and distributors, making himself an ideal fit to drive the company's business strategies and use available market prospects in the US.

Hebert, a veteran with over 2 decades of experience is a leader and expert in business management and development, sales and marketing, and customer services. He has worked at a number of companies and served under diverse leadership roles. Prior to SYSPRO, he worked at various influential companies including Zadara, Accurate Background, Box, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and IBM.

Hebert completed his Master's in Business Administration from San Diego State University in 1996.
