Vivek Subramaniam is the founder and consultant-in-chief at Above N Beyond. His consulting approach draws from his diverse industry experience as a business and HR professional, garnered from a career spanning over 21 years across the IT and maritime industries. Above N Beyond’s philosophy is rooted in simple and execution-focused solutions and interventions that drive impactful and sustainable business outcomes. Vivek is a mechanical engineer with a post-graduation in marine engineering from MERI, Mumbai. A member of the NASSCOM Regional Council of Karnataka, Vivek has been sharing his learnings and experiences by speaking at various forums and academic institutions.
