Sneha Arora

Sneha Arora is the Vice President, Human Capital at Myntra. Sneha is an HR leader with experience across Technology, Retail and eCommerce industries. In her current role at Myntra, she is part of the leadership team and champions building a people-first culture. Prior to Myntra, Sneha was at SAP. As Director Human Resources, she was the HR leader for key technology teams in India. She was also HR lead for Technology board areas for APJ region. In addition to her role, she led the Diversity & Inclusion charter for SAP India. In this role, she acquired an extensive experience of working across geographies and developed a passion for creating Inclusion at workplaces. Prior to SAP, in her role at Flipkart she was leading HR for all business, sales & marketing functions. In this role, she acquired extensive experience of leading people through change and building people centric processes. She built her early skills in HR, learning & OD at Texas Instruments, where she started her career, after her Masters in HR at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), one of the leading schools for HR in the country. She was recognized as an Emerging HR leader in 2017, Rising star in HR in 2018, and received Women HR Leadership Award in 2020 by a leading Industry Forum in India.
