Naureen Bhullar has a doctorate in psychology and has conducted research in emotions and emotional contagion, meaning of life, mindfulness, autism, and diversity and inclusion. She is the manager of IIMB Behavioural Sciences Lab and the research advisor for Serein Inc. and The Mindful Initiative.
