Mark DeRugeriis is Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Assessment Innovation, Inc., a US based mobile assessment and talent management organization. In his current role Mark oversees the company’s new product initiatives and strategic partner relationships and was instrumental in developing the Hire.Me mobilerecruitment product in collaboration with Pearson’s TalentLens Division.
