Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar is the Founder partner of Workplaceif. A thought leader, HR 40Under40 award winner, influencer, blogger, speaker, and an advisor for workplace digital transformation, People Analytics, and future of work. He was heading People Analytics Global CoE at HSBC, before founding Workplaceif – a people analytics advisory, academy, and consulting firm. He is an IIT-IIM alumni and has spent close to two decades with global Technology, manufacturing, and financial services fortune 500 firms. He often speaks at Industry conferences and participates in CHRO/investor Round-table discussions, Company Strategy Meets, and Entrepreneurial Events.
