Kiran Menon

Kiran Menon is the CEO & Co-Founder at Tydy, a mobile-first employee onboarding solution used by enterprises globally. Prior to starting Tydy he held various executive positions at Opera Software, Case Consulting Group and Technology Holdings. At Opera, he was responsible for bringing the company’s products to India and then building a Corp Dev team that went on to inorganically grow the advertising business from scratch. Having worked & managed teams across locations– he understands the importance of an effective HR process from onboarding to offboarding. This is what led him and the other co-founders to pursue their dream of starting an enterprise software company that focused on the convergence of people & mobile.
