Cynthia D. McCauley is Senior Fellow and Research Scientist at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), a non-profit organization with offices in 10 locations around the world, including Gurgaon, India. An author and editor, her co-edited volume of guidance by practitioners and for practitioners has just been released by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.: Experience-Driven Leader Development: Models, Tools, Best Practices, and Advice (November 2013).
