Anila Rattan is the Chief Strategy Officer at LARKS Learning Pvt. Ltd. She has extensive experience in HR, and specialises in employee engagement, soft skills training, training delivery, talent management, leadership development, and coaching. Before joining LARKS, she was the managing director of Images Knowledge House Pvt. Ltd. She completed her Masters in Facilitation and Facilitation Management from Concordia University, Chicago USA and her Diploma in Hotel Management from , IIHM Aurangabad.
