Abhishek Mendiratta

Abhishek Mendiratta (Assistant Vice President, Genpact) manages Genpact Analytics-Academia partnerships globally (US, UK, Australia and India) and is responsible for strategy building and facilitating all different elements of Analytics Academy - Hiring, Learning, Certification, Resource Engagement, Deployment, External Industry Partnerships as well as University tie-ups. Abhishek works closely with the respective stakeholders in HR, Resourcing, L&D, Operations and Sales teams to build a sustainable model and ensure steady availability of “industry ready talent” in the field of Analytics. Abhishek has joined Genpact in 2008 and has held varied operations roles within Analytics Division. He has also participated in multiple new client engagements from lead generation, proposal building, solution architect to setting up the process stages. Before joining Genpact, he was with B.A. Continuum Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Bank of America). Abhishek holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Queensland, Australia and has done his graduation in Economics from SRCC, Delhi University.
