Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), a US-based HR Tech solutions company, has appointed Aaron Thorne as the Managing Director for Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. He previously served as the Vice President of Sales APAC, and this appointment represents an escalation in his role and responsibilities within the group's global business operations.

Aaron joined the global HR management solution provider in 2019 and successfully doubled the group's ANZ revenue while leading the Enterprise Sales Team in the last two fiscal years. In his new role, he will further strengthen UKG's position as the leading HRM Technology provider in ANZ. Additionally, he plans to expand the company's presence in the public sector and the mining industry.

In his career spanning around 13 years, Aaron has held several key roles, including Enterprise Account Director at Board International and Director of Strategic Accounts at Quadrent, Australia.
