Bravura appoints Gillian Davie as Chief People Officer after Duncan Thomas exits

Bravura Solutions, an Australian fin-tech company, has announced the appointment of Gillian Davie as its new Chief People Officer, with immediate effect. Gillian will be taking over responsibilities from Duncan Thomas, who stepped down from the role.
In her new role, Gillian brings over 30 years of experience across retail, IT, manufacturing, staffing, and BFSI sectors. She will lead the global People and Culture teams of the company to ensure strategic growth and to attract and retain top talent. Most recently, she served at AMP Limited as the Director of People and Culture for the last four years.
In her previous roles, Gillian worked with Yarno as the Advisory Board Member, NetComm Wireless as the Chief People Officer, MHIH Timber & Hardware as the Director of HR, Progressive Enterprises as the General Manager of HR, and Woolworths as the Group HR Operations & Remuneration Manager. Her core competencies include strategic HR, change management, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, payroll, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, culture change, and employee relations.
