Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Australia has appointed Miles Karemacher as managing director, Australia, with the leadership change effective 18 January 2027.
Karemacher will return to Australia from Italy, where he is currently general manager of Coca-Cola HBC.
He will succeed Orlando Rodriguez, who is set to leave the business in early 2027 after leading CCEP Australia since 2019.
Leadership transition
Rodriguez has led the Australian business through a period of transformation and sustained growth, with a focus on strengthening growth enablers and driving continuous improvement.

His leadership and commercial focus have helped position the business strongly for the future. I want to thank Orlando personally for his impact on our business, customers and partners.”
Karemacher began his career with Coca-Cola Amatil in Australia before moving into senior roles across the Coca-Cola system and wider consumer goods industry.
International experience
He joined Coca-Cola HBC Italy in 2016 as commercial excellence director and later served as general manager of Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland from 2019. He is currently general manager, Italy.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Karemacher held several senior commercial and finance roles at SABMiller, including Global Head of Revenue Growth Management.

Karemacher's appointment brings international Coca-Cola system experience back to CCEP Australia as the business prepares for a change in leadership in 2027.
