Allpro People Group acquires HR recruitment specialist Eos Talent

Allpro People Group has acquired Eos Talent, a specialist HR recruitment and talent advisory firm, as the Irish company continues to expand its people and talent services portfolio. The transaction strengthens Allpro's presence in the recruitment market while providing Eos Talent with access to wider operational resources and technology.

The acquisition was announced by Emma Anglim, Founder of Eos Talent. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in November, Eos Talent specialises in HR recruitment and talent advisory services.

Strategic fit drives the transaction

Anglim said the decision to join Allpro was based on strategic alignment rather than growth for its own sake.

She said the partnership would strengthen Eos Talent's ability to deliver services by giving the business access to broader technology, operational support and infrastructure, while allowing it to maintain its specialist and personalised approach.

Following the acquisition, Anglim will continue working directly with Eos Talent's clients and candidates.

The wider Allpro platform is also expected to provide access to additional people and talent solutions that complement Eos Talent's existing offering.

Expansion reflects Allpro's growth strategy

The acquisition forms part of Allpro People Group's broader expansion strategy in Ireland's recruitment and talent services market.

The group continues to invest in growing its portfolio and regional presence.

Current expansion plans include:

• Strengthening its people and talent services portfolio
• Expanding its footprint in the Irish recruitment market
• Creating around 30 new jobs in Ireland's Midlands as part of a wider regional growth programme

The addition of Eos Talent further broadens the group's specialist recruitment capabilities within the HR function.

Professional partnership renewed

The transaction also reunites Anglim professionally with Gareth Fleming, a member of Allpro People Group's leadership team.

The pair previously worked together at Brightwater for more than four years.

Fleming is part of Allpro's leadership team alongside David Gleeson, Founder and Chairman of the group.

Founder-led model to continue

Despite becoming part of a larger organisation, Eos Talent will continue operating with its founder-led approach.

The company will maintain its focus on specialist HR recruitment and talent advisory services, while leveraging Allpro's infrastructure, technology and broader talent ecosystem to support future growth.

The acquisition reflects continued consolidation across the recruitment and talent advisory sector, with specialist firms increasingly partnering with larger groups to expand service capabilities while preserving niche expertise.
