Madappa joins Netradyne from Schneider Electric India where she was general manager-HR, supporting India and International teams driving people strategy across the HR function for the various businesses she supported.

US and Bengaluru-based Netradyne, an artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing company focusing on driver and fleet safety, has appointed Pooja Madappa as vice president of human resources (HR).

Based in Bengaluru, India, she will be supporting the organisation’s overall strategic direction across workforce planning, recruitment, talent and performance management, rewards, learning and development, diversity and inclusion.

“I’m excited to be a part of Netradyne and  join them as they continue to work towards making roads safer. With a massive growth of 300% year-on-year over the last three years, my objective, as VP HR, will be to articulate the people's strategy for India, aligned with the company vision,” said Madappa on her appointment.

“As Netradyne is paving its way into other markets in APAC, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, my role will also involve supporting the people's mission for these regions,” she added.

Madappa comes with 17 years’ experience having been a part of two large multinational companies and with expertise in the entire gamut of HR functions.

Before joining Netradyne Technology, Madappa was general manager, HR at Schneider Electric India, supporting India and International teams driving people strategy across the HR function for the various businesses she supported.

“We are a global company, and attracting and retaining talent is extremely critical for Netradyne to  continue inventing and evolving road-safety solutions. Pooja’s diverse experience in the HR domain will play a key role in enhancing our work culture and  developing people, the core of our business,”  said Avneesh Agrawal, co-founder and the CEO of Netradyne.
