With 25 years of rich experience in leading the HR function at Starbucks, Oracle, and Salesforce, among others, Edweena Stratton has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Culture Amp.

Culture Amp has appointed Edweena Stratton as its Chief People Officer. In her new role, Edweena will relocate from Sydney to San Francisco. 

Edweena brings over 25 years of rich experience to Culture Amp. In her illustrious career, she has led the people function at some of the most valued global brands in the likes of Starbucks, Oracle, and Krispy Kreme. Most recently, she served as VP Employee Success, APAC and LATAM, at Salesforce.

“Thrilled to join Culture Amp as the Chief People Officer. The last 6 years at Salesforce have been incredible and I am so grateful for all the experiences, learning and support that led me to a role and company I have long admired and loved,” Stratton said in a LinkedIn post.

In its 12 year long journey, Culture Amp has accomplished significant milestones and continues to empower companies of all sizes and industries to transform employee engagement, develop high performing teams, and retain talent via cutting-edge research, powerful technology, and the largest employee dataset in the world. 

Culture Amp is recognised as one of the world’s top private cloud companies by Forbes and one of the most innovative workplace companies by Fast Company. 

Given Stratton’s rich expertise across leading tech pioneers, it will be interesting to see how her leadership elevates and scales people capabilities and experience at the fast-growing EX platform.
