WiseTech Global appoints Tim Ebbeck as independent Non-Executive Director

WiseTech Global has appointed Tim Ebbeck as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1 September 2026.

Ebbeck will also take over as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, succeeding Raelene Murphy. He will additionally join the People & Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.

Extensive technology sector leadership

Ebbeck brings extensive experience as a company director and senior executive across the global technology sector. His executive career includes senior leadership roles as CEO of Oracle Australia and New Zealand, CFO and CEO of SAP Australia and New Zealand, CCO of NBN Co., and CFO of Compaq Australia and Unisys Australia.

His experience spans financial management, corporate strategy, governance, business transformation and leadership of complex international technology businesses.

Board and governance experience

Ebbeck currently serves as a Nominee Non-Executive Director and Senior Advisor to AustralianSuper. Since May 2022, he has represented the superannuation fund on the Board of Indara, a digital infrastructure company in Australia.

He is also a Non-Executive Director of ReadyTech Holdings Limited and Central Coast Local Health District.

Ebbeck is a Fellow of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Leaders and Managers, as well as a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Following his appointment, the WiseTech Global Board comprises five independent Non-Executive Directors and two Executive Directors.
