NTT DATA Business Solutions elevates Tirumala Reddy Koduri to Executive Head of People and Culture - APAC & India

NTT DATA Business Solutions has elevated Tirumala Reddy Koduri to the Executive Head of People and Culture for Asia-Pacific (APAC) and India, effective immediately. 

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Koduri said, "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Executive Head of People and Culture, APAC & India, at NTT DATA Business Solutions!” 

In her new role, Koduri brings over two decades of diverse experience across Technology, Banking, Cyber, Audit, Financial advisory, Consulting & the ITES sectors. 

Koduri joined NTT DATA Business Solutions in 2024 as Vice President of People & Culture, Corporate Communications & Branding. Previously, she worked with Arete as Vice President – Human Resources, SMBC Group as Vice President of HR, itelligence Software Solutions as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, and FactSet Systems India as Senior Recruitment Manager.

Earlier in her career, she was associated with Nipuna Services, [24]7.ai, Deloitte, and Monster India.  

Last month, Krunal Patel joined NTT DATA Business Solutions as Managing Director for India, bringing over two decades of leadership experience. He first joined the group in 2023 as Vice President of Sales and Revenue Growth, Asia Pacific, and most recently served as Head of India Business and Joint Managing Director. 

In his new role, Patel will be spearheading strategic partnerships to drive innovation and operational excellence, while fostering a growth-centric culture for the people across the group.
