ManpowerGroup names Becky Frankiewicz CEO

Frankiewicz, currently president and chief strategy officer, will succeed Jonas Prising, who has led the global workforce solutions company since 2014 and will transition to executive chair of the board.
ManpowerGroup has appointed Becky Frankiewicz as its next chief executive officer, with the leadership transition set to take effect on January 1, 2027.
Frankiewicz, currently president and chief strategy officer, will succeed Jonas Prising, who has led the global workforce solutions company since 2014 and will transition to executive chair of the board.
Announced on October 15, the appointment follows the board’s succession planning process. Frankiewicz will become the fifth CEO in ManpowerGroup’s nearly 80-year history and will also join its board of directors.
In her current role, Frankiewicz leads the company’s commercial strategy and oversees the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), including agentic AI, across the organisation. Her work focuses on positioning ManpowerGroup and its global brands — Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions — for growth, innovation and transformation.
Julie Howard, lead director of ManpowerGroup’s board, said the company had strengthened its brands and expanded its higher-value talent and workforce management capabilities under Prising’s leadership.
“Under his direction, the company has strengthened its brands, expanded higher-value talent and workforce management capabilities, and built a business that is more digital, diversified, and resilient,” Howard said.
Following what the company described as an extensive succession planning process, the board endorsed Frankiewicz to lead its next phase of growth.
Prising, who has served as CEO since 2014, said he was confident in Frankiewicz’s ability to lead the company through its next phase of transformation.
“Becky and I have worked closely together on ManpowerGroup's ongoing transformation, and I've seen firsthand the exceptional leadership, strategic perspective and deep commitment she brings to the Company,” Prising said.
“I have every confidence in Becky as she leads ManpowerGroup into its next chapter. I look forward to working closely with her to ensure a seamless transition, and supporting her and the team in my new role as Executive Chair,” he added.
Frankiewicz said she would focus on advancing the company’s strategy, expanding its AI capabilities and helping clients and workers navigate changes in the world of work.
“As we enter our next chapter, we have a significant opportunity to accelerate our strategy, expand our AI capabilities, and deliver greater value through our 'Human First, Digital Always' approach,” she said.
“Together with our teams around the world, I look forward to helping clients and talent navigate the next frontier of the transformation of work,” she added.
Frankiewicz became president and chief strategy officer in June 2025, having previously served as chief commercial officer and president of ManpowerGroup North America. She joined the company in July 2017 as president of North America.
Before joining ManpowerGroup, she led Quaker Foods North America, one of PepsiCo’s largest subsidiaries. She began her career in strategic consulting with Deloitte and Andersen Consulting before starting her professional journey at Procter & Gamble.
Frankiewicz has also served on the board of directors of Energizer Holdings since January 2020.
The leadership transition comes as ManpowerGroup continues to integrate AI into its workforce solutions and talent management businesses. Under Frankiewicz, the company is expected to build on its existing strategy, with AI capabilities and its “Human First, Digital Always” approach remaining central to its next phase of transformation.
