Anne Tosky joins ELMO Software as Global Chief People Officer
The appointment strengthens ELMO’s people strategy as the HR tech firm expands across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
ELMO Software, a big name in people management solutions, has announced a key executive hire: Anne Tosky is joining the company as its new Global Chief People Officer. This news comes as ELMO keeps growing its business across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Tosky is a seasoned HR leader who brings over twenty years of experience helping companies change, developing leaders, and shaping company culture. She’s worked in all kinds of sectors, including tech, finance, and healthcare. Most recently, she was Chief of Staff at Salesforce and before that, a Senior Director there, running talent and leadership programmes across the ANZ and Asia regions.
In her new job, Tosky's main task will be directing ELMO's entire people strategy as the company goes through a huge change. This includes bringing Artificial Intelligence into the organisation and strengthening its "Customer Zero" approach, which focuses on deepening relationships with its customers and the wider HR community.
ELMO CEO Joseph Lyons said this is a pivotal hire. "Anne is passionate about building strong teams and practical people strategies that lift performance and strengthen culture. That experience couldn't be a better fit for where ELMO is headed next."
Tosky herself is excited about the tech angle. "What excites me most about joining ELMO is the opportunity to empower the HR community with technology that makes work better for people," she said. "The work we're doing with AI is not just exciting; it's shaping the future of our profession."
To back up this new leadership, ELMO also promoted two internal leaders: Justin Meier will now be the Head of Talent, Capability and Workplace Experience, focusing on attracting and retaining talent, while Helen Tran has stepped up as Head of P&C Business Partnering.
