Zarin Bhathena

Zarin Bhathena, SVP and Head-HR of Worldline South Asia and Middle East, has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. A veteran in her field, Zarin has worked with Atos (then Atos Origin) till 2011, after which she took on the role of heading the HR function at Worldline, an Atos company. Zarin comes with vast experience across the various fields of transition management, talent acquisition and management, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and rewards etc. An expert in hiring and talent management in the IT domain, Zarin is best known for overseeing and ensuring smooth transition between companies in times of acquisitions and mergers. She is also responsible for aiding the growth of Worldline across India, South Asia and Middle East. Zarin has a degree in Economics and Law from Mumbai University and has done her master in Human Resources Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She loves to read and cook.
