Wendy Foong

Wendy Foong is the CHRO and Regional People Director for APAC at Inchcape. She has extensive experience leading Human Resources teams across Asia Pacific for large enterprises such as SAP, Schneider Electric and Sembcorp Industries prior to heading the People Team at Inchcape Motors Asia Pacific. She graduated from the National University of Singapore. Wendy is passionate about building teams and leading change towards new capabilities for the future. A people-centric HR leader, she believes in delivering business value through transformation.
