Vivek Balokhra

Vivek Balokhra is the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Sun Life Global Solutions. He partners and collaborates with line management executive teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity. His responsibilities include providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives (such as workforce optimization) and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues. Through partnering with other HR functions, deploy and execute HR programs (such as compensation, benefits, and workforce diversity) and strategy. He is always eager to learn and explore new technologies and tools in HR and is a strong advocate of AI in HR for enhancing employee experience and satisfaction.
