Swaminathan Santhanam is Chief Executive Officer at Adrenalin and is responsible for entire customer facing operations, including global sales, delivery and customer support for Adrenalin’s On-Premise Social HCM. Swami also additionally holds the responsibility of leading the Adrenalin’s Production Engineering function. Swami has led winning Sales, Delivery, Support and Engineering teams for nearly 20 years. He has been behind Adrenalin’s success right from its inception on the Microsoft platform. During the period of last 10 years in Adrenalin, Swami handled various roles and went onto achieve the revenue growth as well as played his part in acquiring 500+ customers of Adrenalin.
