Subhashini Acharya

Subhashini works as Sr. Manager- Learning & Development AB InBev India, where her role includes leading various learning, change and transformation initiatives. She has worked across diverse sectors in various capacities within the HR function as a part of the HRDP program at TATA Sons Ltd. Her last professional engagement was with Britannia Industries Ltd. as Manager Leadership Development. A passionate learning and travel enthusiast, she believes that the role of HR revolves around helping organizations make great people decisions.
