Sreekanth Arimanithaya

Sreekanth is the Global Talent and Enablement Services Leader, at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). He has close to 30 years of experience across service and manufacturing industries. He has a wide range of experience in human resources management, people supply chain management and organizational development, to technology leadership and quality management. Sreekanth is also well versed in mergers and acquisitions, talent integration, leadership development, HR shared services, HR analytics and change management. He is passionate about driving diversity, equity and inclusion and is a part of the EY organization Global Diversity and Inclusiveness Steering Committee, the Global Talent Leadership and the EY GDS Executive Committee.
