Shibu Warrier

Shibu Warrier is the CHRO at Mahindra Susten. He is a post graduate in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, with 19 years of experience. Prior to this, he was the Director at Growth Spurt. He had also worked with the L&T Financial Services Group, where he was heading HR for its two asset management companies, along with the Organization Development and Performance Management portfolios for the group. He has been exposed to areas like M&A integration, creation and implementation of a performance management process, ESOP framework, and creation of a common grade framework for the group, apart from business HR partnering. He was also associated with the L&T group and has rich experience handling areas like senior level hiring, campus recruitments for engineers and MBAs, and also performance management for the L&T group. He started his career as a commissioned officer of the Indian Army, where he did two tenures in the high altitude areas and counter insurgency zones. He had the privilege of being part of Operation Vijay at Kargil.
