S. Varadarajan

S Varadarajan (Raja) is the executive president, HR at Tata Teleservices Limited (TTL). He oversees all the people practices and processes in the company. He has 28 years of experience in manufacturing, management consulting, financial services and telecom and business process outsourcing. Raja joined Tata Teleservices Ltd from Quattro Global Services, which he co-founded. Before helping set up Quattro Global Services, he worked with organisations such as Wipro Spectramind, American Express, and KPMG.
