Reena Tyagi

Reena Tyagi is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Future Generali India Life Insurance. She joined Future Generali in January 2023, coming from ManipalCigna Health Insurance where she held the role of CHRO. Before that, she was CHRO of Cigna TTK Health Insurance. With over 20 years of experience, most of that in HR leadership roles, Reena specialises in HR Business Partnering, building HR strategy relevant to business objectives and the external environment, and operational excellence and execution. She has extensive experience in change management situations for large teams especially engagement through individual development, and her work has also given her extensive experience of start up operations.
