Mr. Pranesh Ramakrishna is a young HR professional with a career spanning 20 years in various capacities; and a major portion of his career was spent in Wärtsilä, a Finnish MNC in the energy sector established in 1834, wherein he earlier served as General Manager, HR for nine countries in the GCC. Currently, Pranesh is posted as Director, Human Resources for Wärtsilä in India & Sri Lanka. ranesh holds a Management Degree; and his core specializations include Compensation & Benefits, Policy Interventions; and HR integration upon M&A.
