Padma Rajeshwari Nandi is a senior HR Leader with over two decades of diverse industry and multi-cultural experience. She specialises in the areas to conceptualize, create and implement systems, processes and infrastructure that enables effective learning environment across an organization. Prior to joining Dr. Reddy's, she was a Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Flextronics. She has an MBA, Anderson School of Management, UCLA and NUS Business School and a BE in Electronics from NIT, Durgapur.
