Nina Nair

Nina Nair is Vice President and Head—HRD (India & LatAm) at [24]7 Inc. She has enjoyed two successful stints with the organization. In her current role, she oversees two key functions—HR and Learning & Organizational Development (L&D and OD) across India and Latin America for the services side of the business. She is spearheading the mandate to create a vibrant, people-centric organization across two distinct geographies and cultures. During her earlier association with [24]7, Nina was entrusted with integrated responsibility for HR and L&D functions for the India geography. As an HRD leader, she continues to play a key role in shaping and developing learning & organizational development agenda & HR policies of the organization. Prior to her current association with [24]7, Nina was the Chief People Officer at Indian Institute for Human Settlements. Nina was a teacher for 16 years prior to coming into the Corporate world.
