Neeta Mohla is the Director at InspireOne and heads the Leadership Practice. She has 3 decades of experience, out of which almost 16 years has been in the area of designing, developing and delivering learning solutions for clients across industries. She has extensively worked in the area of people and leadership development, interpersonal dynamics, coaching and counselling. Neeta has successfully leveraged her broad expertise in Emotional Intelligence and its impact on unleashing leadership potential in her work with leaders across industries and levels. Her book “Human Drama Inc.” was recently launched and explores emotional intelligence at the workplace.
