Navin Chugh

Navin Chugh is the Senior Vice President & Managing Director at First Advantage. Navin has over 20 years of global leadership experience in sales, marketing, services and operations in the IT and BPO industry. Most recently as Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Steria India he was responsible for complete P&L, revenue growth and delivery operations for Steria customers across Europe and Asia. Before joining Steria, Navin was President and Co-Founder of Symbra, Inc., a Sunnyvale, CA based IT cloud solutions and services provider. Prior to his successful venture, he was a Vice President of Global Alliances and Channels (Applications) at Oracle, responsible for driving more than $150M of Oracle’s application and technology revenues globally, through channel programs like application integration, platform BPO, Oracle OnDemand and reseller partnerships. His responsibilities also included M&A activities for PeopleSoft, Siebel and half dozen other acquisitions from 2003 to 2006. In addition, he has held executive management positions with global responsibilities at Vertex Ventures, VerticalNet, Vastera and Becton Dickinson. Navin is an active TIE Silicon Valley member and has also served on NASSCOM’s regional leadership council. He has been a frequent speaker at industry events, panels and conferences across the globe, and has received numerous awards and recognitions. Navin’s educational qualifications include B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, MS in Industrial Engineering from Alfred University, NY, and a MBA from San Jose State University, CA.
