Narayanan Nair

Narayanan Nair is Ness Digital Engineering’s Chief People Officer, leading the organization’s Global Recruitment and Human Resources functions.Narayanan has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources within organizations ranging from Fortune 100 multinationals to IT product start-ups. Prior to joining Ness, he led HR for large scale operations at Mphasis and held senior leaderships roles including Head of Global Recruitment and International HR. He has also served in leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, GE-GXS, and CA (Computer Associates).
