As the Director of HR and People Operations at WebEngage, Mili leads the global HR team and oversees all aspects of talent management for a leading customer engagement platform. With over 15 years of experience in the HR field, she has a strong track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams across engineering, product, marketing, and success functions. Mili is passionate about creating a great place to work and getting great talent onboard. She has successfully led technology talent acquisition across businesses for Fractal and Clevertap, where she hired multiple skilled professionals for complex and innovative projects. She is also a certified recruiter, design thinker, and HR professional, with credentials from AIRS, IBM, and the University of Minnesota.
