Loganathan Balakrishnan

Loganathan B. is the CHRO of Habib Group where he is responsible for all aspects of people and processes management. Prior to joining Habib Group, he was the Head of Human Resources, South East Asia for Landmark Group, and has also worked in various local and multinational organisations covering the full spectrum of HR. Loganathan has successfully designed and implemented policies and procedures, HR automation, compensation, and benefits structure.
