Leena Nair

Leena Nair is global senior vice-president for leadership and organisation development at Unilever. She graduated from XLRI- Xavier School of Management and worked from Unilever's Indian branch since 1992. With her appointment as Executive Director-HR in June 2007, she became the first woman on the Management Committee of Hindustan Unilever Limited. She has done her Masters in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Her areas of expertise spans HR strategy, talent management, and people management.
