Juhi Dubey

Juhi Dubey has five years of progressive Business Partner experience working with Infosys Ltd. She is currently the C&B Lead for one of the largest units in Infosys and has additional responsibility of managing people analytics and BPHR. She is an engineer and has a postgraduate degree in HR from IMT, Ghaziabad. Placed straight through campus, she has had a great run with Infosys and has grown as a professional immensely. She has been recognized and rewarded at both external and internal forums with her key achievement being presentations at World HRD Congress & winning them for two consecutive years. She still considers herself as a student and looks at every instance as an opportunity to learn and grow. On a personal front, she loves music, books & socializing with loved ones.
