Judhajit Das

Judhajit Das is the Chief of HR, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. He is a BA, Economics (Hons.) from Jadavpur University and a PGDPM&IR, Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has over 15 years of HR experience, having worked for GE Capital and RPG Enterprises, before joining ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. His areas of human resource management expertise spans across employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and organisational and employee development.
